Dr. Biss treated both my big toes and the callous on my left foot. He also clipped my toe nails. We had an enjoyable conversation as usual. Kaley helped me with my shoes and socks and l got to speak to Emily and Jen. I actually like to go to Concord Podiatry and I highly recommend them.

Dr Biss is very calm and laid-back, and he communicates effectively with the back-and-forth dialogue. He answered my questions thoroughly, and discussed options with me, in a very easy to understand manner.

David is an absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and excellent doctor/provider that goes the extra effort to make sure your condition is properly treated and how it can be ameliorated. Jenn the receptionist and Emily the medical assistant are pleasant, professional and a joy to deal with in their area of expertise. I served in academia in the medical segment and David is one of the most relatable professions that I have ever dealt with in my career.
