Dr. Biss is an extremely professional Dr. He gets right to the point, asks good questions, examines you and then lays out his plan. In fact he laid out two alternatives for me. “We will try this for x amount of time and if the results aren’t what we want we will go to plan B”. He is also very personable and likable.

From the receptionist, the nurses, and the doctor all are friendly and patient. From my experience and observation, they are patient and respectful with the elderly.

Whenever Dr.Biss comes through the door, he has a positive spirit flowing around him. He knows his stuff! He is efficient in cutting all my toe nails. He has excellent eye contact, too. He loves what he does to helping others.
