My appointment was double booked with another client sitting next to me. I had to wait an hour beyond my appointment. The other client chose to postpone their appointment.
I trimmed my toe nail too low. Dr. Biss clearly described how he would snip excess nail and callus to relieve the present pain. He polite and was efficient.

I had a bit of a rough time, and Dr. Biss was amazing. I enjoyed the conversation, while he attempted to distract me from the procedure. He made me feel very comfortable and did everything he could to make my experience the best it could be.
